Associate Manager Shopper Marketing

Contributes to the development, production and implementation of the approved Omni-channel marketing plan (out of store, in store, print and digital advertising, engagement/social marketing, promotions, direct marketing, event marketing, loyalty marketing) in support of multiple regional retailers in multiple channels of distribution to drive traffic and sales in the greeting card department. Manages activation of programs for key retailers, including but not limited to: coupon creation, art asset requests, signage ordering, and working with internal and external resources to ensure all programs are completed on time and within the approved budget. Utilizes the American Greetings Marketing Asset Portal as a tool to facilitate retailer requests. Analyzes retailer co-op earnings and generates annual marketing reserve agreements to these retailers for approval to implement their annual marketing plan. Assists with campaign reporting.
