6. Analyze data and create reports to help improve IT service management.
7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful project completion.
8. Develop and maintain IT service management policies and procedures.
9. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members when needed.
10. Monitor IT service industry trends and best practices, and recommend changes to keep up with industry standards.
