
IT Service Management Team Lead

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT Service Management team, setting goals and objectives and providing guidance and direction to ensure team meets expectations.
- Monitor and review the performance of the team, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure all processes and tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients and vendors.
- Ensure that IT service delivery processes are followed and that all customer service requirements are met.
- Analyze data and create reports to help improve IT service management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful project completion.
- Develop and maintain IT service management policies and procedures.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members when needed.
- Monitor IT service industry trends and best practices, and recommend changes to keep up with industry standards.
