HR Analyst

The ideal candidate will have a passion for Human Resources and strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.The HR Analyst will be responsible for providing meaningful insights on people data, analyzing trends and proposing solutions. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze HR data and provide meaningful insights on employee trends and performance.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and development.
3. Collaborate with HR team members on projects and initiatives.
4. Develop reports and dashboards using Excel, as well as other reporting tools.
5. Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accuracy of data.
6. Monitor and track employee attendance and performance.
7. Assist with recruitment initiatives, including job postings and candidate selection.
8. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Remain up-to-date on changes in HR best practices and trends.
