Business Technology Manager

Responsibilities:

-Develop, execute, and maintain the business technology strategy in alignment with strategic objectives and business needs

-Collaborate with senior technology leaders to ensure technology investments are in line with objectives -Lead complex technology initiatives and manage teams of technology professionals -Provide project management, communication, and problem-solving skills -Ensure innovation and growth through technology -Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for the business technology team -Monitor technology trends and evaluate potential new technologies for business applications -Oversee the selection and implementation of software and applications -Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues -Train and mentor team members in the use of business technology -Create and maintain documentation regarding business technology procedures and processes
