  1. Develop and implement sales enablement strategies and initiatives to support the overall growth and success of the company.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales enablement professionals to ensure effective execution of sales enablement programs and initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand the needs of the sales organization and develop solutions to address them.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in sales enablement and apply them to our organization.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leaders and teams, to gain buy-in and support for sales enablement initiatives.
  7. Create and deliver training and development programs for sales teams to enhance their knowledge, skills, and productivity.
  8. Implement processes and tools to enable efficient and effective sales operations and drive continuous improvement.
  9. Stay informed about industry developments and trends related to sales enablement and make recommendations for incorporating them into our strategy.
  10. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the sales enablement team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales Enablement And Performance Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales Results Through The Implementation Of Effective Sales Enablement Strategies And Programs.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data Insights To Identify Areas For Improvement And Drive Performance.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills With Experience Managing And Developing A Team Of Sales Enablement Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Abilities, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Various Stakeholders To Achieve Common Goals.
