- Develop and execute strategic plans for the product portfolio, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day product operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
- Provide leadership and direction to the product operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Extensive Experience In Product Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Product Operations, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Product Development, Launch, And Management Processes.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Vice President, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Product Managers And Operations Professionals. Therefore, They Should Have Proven Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Manage Teams Effectively.
