
Talent Management Analyst
The position requires analytical thinking, consultative skills and adaptability to work across multiple stakeholders and deliver high quality work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Provide planning and implementation support to key talent programs and processes, leveraging internal and external research/data to inform program strategy and process efficiencies. Manage talent reporting, generate strategic insights using both quantitative and qualitative data, formulate recommendations and guide decisions. Build stories around talent movement and progression for senior audiences using quantitative data. Partner within the Talent COE and with CEG and other stakeholders to complete deliverables.
1-3 years’ experience in HR with preferred experience in talent management.
Excellent communicator with strong consultative skills and ability to build relationships.
Ability to take initiative and work within ambiguous situations
