  1. Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and employee referrals.
  2. Screen resumes and applications to identify highly qualified candidates for open positions.
  3. Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  6. Utilize innovative and creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
  8. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  9. Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  10. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract top talent.
  11. Make recommendations for process improvements and assist in implementing new recruitment strategies.
  12. Ensure compliance with all hiring laws and regulations.
  13. Represent American Express in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for American Express, promoting our company culture, values, and mission.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the talent acquisition team by sharing best practices, providing feedback, and collaborating on projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices And Strategies, Including Sourcing And Candidate Engagement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.

  • Experience Using Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As Proficiency In Microsoft Office.
