  3. Monitor customer service performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Train customer service staff on best practices for providing top-notch customer service.
  5. Communicate customer feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Implement process and policy changes to improve customer service.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with customer service vendors.
  8. Identify key customer service trends and analyze customer service data.
  9. Create reports and other documents to track customer service performance.
  10. Monitor customer service budgets and manage expenses.
