Senior Special Agent - Cyber Crime Investigation

Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• At least 5 years of experience in IT security, cyber-security, or criminal investigation• Proven experience leading a team in a related field• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills• Knowledge of relevant regulations and laws • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications

Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a specialized team of cyber crime investigators • Investigate cyber crime incidents and take appropriate action • Maintain a deep understanding of IT security, cyber-security, and criminal investigation • Ensure customer data and financial information is secure from criminal activities • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols • Monitor and troubleshoot all IT systems and networks • Identify potential threats and vulnerabilities and take steps to mitigate them • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations • Create and update technical documentation • Provide excellent customer service and support • Report to senior management on the progress of investigations and security incidents
