
Senior Product Manager-MarTech

- Develop and execute product strategies for MarTech products and services in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends in the MarTech space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and technology to drive product development and launch initiatives.
- Lead the product development process, from concept to launch, including prioritization, requirements gathering, and user testing.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform product roadmap and strategy.
- Define and communicate product vision, goals, and success metrics to stakeholders and team members.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product messaging and positioning.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in MarTech to continuously improve and enhance products and services.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers and provide leadership and direction to the product team.
- Act as a subject matter expert and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for all MarTech products and services.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline product development and launch processes.
Minimum 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Focus On Marketing Technology (Martech) Products.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Martech Products In A Large-Scale Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Technologies, Including Crm, Data Analytics, And Marketing Automation.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Stakeholder Relationships To Ensure Successful Product Delivery.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Drive Product Vision And Strategy While Managing A Team Of Product Managers.
