  1. Develop and execute product strategies for MarTech products and services in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends in the MarTech space.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and technology to drive product development and launch initiatives.
  4. Lead the product development process, from concept to launch, including prioritization, requirements gathering, and user testing.
  5. Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform product roadmap and strategy.
  6. Define and communicate product vision, goals, and success metrics to stakeholders and team members.
  7. Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  8. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product messaging and positioning.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in MarTech to continuously improve and enhance products and services.
  11. Mentor and guide junior product managers and provide leadership and direction to the product team.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  13. Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  14. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for all MarTech products and services.
  15. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline product development and launch processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Focus On Marketing Technology (Martech) Products.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Martech Products In A Large-Scale Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Technologies, Including Crm, Data Analytics, And Marketing Automation.

  • Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Stakeholder Relationships To Ensure Successful Product Delivery.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Drive Product Vision And Strategy While Managing A Team Of Product Managers.
