  1. Develop and implement the end-to-end operational strategy for our digital products and services, in line with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the execution and optimization of all digital product operations, ensuring high-quality and seamless customer experiences.
  3. Lead a team of digital product managers, coordinators, and analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive results and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and trends, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and growth in our digital product offerings.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of digital product initiatives.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction, adoption rates, and revenue growth, to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Manage and optimize the digital product budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and innovative digital solutions.
