At American Express, we are looking for a Senior Manager - Digital Product Management to join our successful and growing team. We are looking for a passionate individual who can use their expertise in product development and strategy to help us continue to develop our innovative digital products.The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of product management, design, user experience, and technology, as well as experience managing product teams. They should be able to create and communicate product roadmaps, track product performance, and develop go-to-market strategies. They should be comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table and help us stay ahead of the curve when it comes to digital product management. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps that align with American Express’ overall digital product vision.
  2. Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive product growth.
  3. Collaborate with product stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure successful product launch and ongoing support.
  4. Manage product teams, ensure completion of tasks, and provide feedback and guidance to team members.
  5. Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to inform product decisions.
  6. Create product documentation, including user stories, specs, and process flows.
  7. Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and integrate them into our digital products.
  8. Manage product budget and negotiate contracts with vendors.
  9. Assist in developing go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products.
