- Manage and oversee a team of Client Managers to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the client experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate our client management processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.

- Collaborate with other Senior Managers to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and goals.
Extensive Experience In Client Management: A Senior Manager-Client Management At American Express Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Client Relationships, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Maintaining And Growing Client Accounts.
Strong Leadership Skills: American Express Is A Global Company With A Large Client Base, And A Senior Manager-Client Management Should Be Able To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team. They Should Have Experience In Coaching And Developing Team Members, As Well As Setting And Achieving Team Goals.
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact For Clients, A Senior Manager-Client Management Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal.
