
Senior Digital Account Manager, OnBrand
We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Account Manager, OnBrand who will join our team at American Express. The ideal candidate will be a confident, customer-oriented and highly organized individual with extensive knowledge of digital marketing and account management. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing digital campaigns and initiatives for the OnBrand portfolio.To be successful in this role, you will need a deep understanding of digital marketing including strategy, creative development, execution, analytics and optimization, as well as experience managing multiple accounts. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners. Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute digital campaigns and initiatives for the OnBrand portfolio.
- Build relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and initiatives and optimize accordingly.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise with digital campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop digital marketing strategies and plans for clients.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Manage multiple accounts while meeting deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide high-level customer service and support.
- Utilize analytics and reporting to measure the success of digital campaigns.
