  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and finance to develop and execute product strategies.
  4. Develop detailed product requirements and specifications to guide the product development process.
  5. Monitor and track product performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to meet business objectives.
  6. Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas for differentiation.
  7. Communicate product updates and changes to internal stakeholders and external partners.
  8. Partner with the technology team to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  9. Lead user acceptance testing and provide feedback to improve product functionality.
  10. Mentor and guide junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in product management.
  11. Stay current with industry developments and regulations to inform product strategy.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product management efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Collaborate with the customer service team to address product-related customer inquiries and issues.
  14. Develop and manage product budgets and forecast revenue and expenses.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Inform Product Strategy And Decision-Making

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Demonstrated Leadership And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
