- Develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate identified risks and maintain the company's high standards of integrity.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations, and proactively identify and address any potential compliance issues.

Extensive Knowledge Of Compliance Regulations: A Senior Analyst-Compliance At American Express Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Industry Regulations, Including But Not Limited To The Bank Secrecy Act, Usa Patriot Act, And Anti-Money Laundering Laws.
Strong Analytical Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Large Amounts Of Data And Identify Potential Compliance Risks. A Senior Analyst Must Be Able To Think Critically And Make Informed Decisions Based On Their Analysis.
Experience With Compliance Audits: American Express Is Subject To Regular Compliance Audits, And A Senior Analyst Must Be Comfortable Navigating These Audits And Ensuring All Relevant Regulations Are Being Met.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Compliance Team, This Individual Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate Compliance Policies And Procedures To Other Team Members And Stakeholders Across The Organization.
