  1. Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and developments to determine potential impacts on the organization's operations and processes.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory management system to track and manage regulatory requirements, deadlines, and submissions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address potential regulatory compliance risks and issues.
  4. Communicate with internal stakeholders about changes to regulatory requirements and ensure understanding and compliance across the organization.
  5. Regularly review and update existing processes and procedures to ensure they align with current regulatory requirements.
  6. Conduct audits and reviews of processes and procedures to identify any potential areas for improvement or non-compliance.
  7. Prepare and submit timely and accurate regulatory reports and filings.
  8. Provide guidance and training to team members and other departments on regulatory requirements and changes.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to regulatory compliance.
  10. Actively participate in project teams and initiatives related to regulatory compliance and inventory management.
  11. Collaborate with external regulatory agencies and partners to ensure compliance and facilitate information exchange.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve inventory management processes.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized records of all regulatory-related activities and documentation.
  14. Respond to internal and external inquiries and requests for information related to regulatory compliance and inventory management.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance Or Inventory Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Credit Card Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Management, Including Proficiency In Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
