• Develop and implement innovative learning programs and initiatives to enhance the technical capabilities and skills of American Express employees.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and gaps, and design tailored learning solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, and job aids.
• Conduct regular training needs assessments to ensure that learning programs align with the organization's strategic goals and technology trends.
• Track and measure the impact of learning programs, and use data to continuously improve and enhance their effectiveness.
• Manage the budget and resources for learning programs, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors.
• Act as a subject matter expert in technology learning and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Provide coaching and support to employees and managers to promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of learning programs across different regions.
• Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the design and delivery of learning programs.
• Proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or challenges that may impact the success of the learning programs.
