As an OnBrand Producer, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the production of high-quality, on-brand marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand message and drive customer engagement.   1. Develop and execute creative strategies to enhance American Express' brand image and presence across all channels.
  2. Oversee the production of high-quality, on-brand marketing materials including print, digital, and social media assets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging.
  4. Manage the full production process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  5. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
  6. Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines.
  7. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
  8. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all materials meet brand standards and are error-free.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador and ensure all marketing materials uphold the brand's reputation and messaging.
  11. Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term brand strategies and goals.
  12. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge of the brand.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of American Express' products, services, and target audience to ensure all materials are relevant and engaging.
  14. Represent American Express at industry events and conferences to showcase the brand's creativity and excellence in marketing.
  15. Stay updated on industry best practices and share insights with the team to continuously improve the brand's marketing efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Brand Management Or Marketing Production.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Branding Campaigns.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
