The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of two years of experience in marketing operations and analytics, be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who can analyze data, identify trends and develop strategies to optimize our marketing efforts, all while working collaboratively with our marketing team.The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative, loves problem-solving and is passionate about creating long-term customer relationships. This individual should also have a strong customer-centric mindset and be able to think critically and strategically about the customer experience. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and interpret customer data to identify trends and develop strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
  2. Create reports to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer-centric strategies.
  4. Work with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are consistent with the overall marketing strategy.
  5. Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations to improve customer relationships.
  6. Utilize marketing automation tools to optimize customer experiences.
  7. Develop and maintain marketing operations processes and documentation.
  8. Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the marketing operations space.
