As a Manager of Risk Management, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategies and processes to identify and manage risk and to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risk.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field. Additionally, you should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage strategies and processes to identify and manage risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Identify, assess, and mitigate risk.
3. Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to identify potential risks.
4. Provide guidance and direction to staff on risk management issues.
5. Monitor and review risk management processes and systems.
6. Develop and maintain procedures, policies, and training to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Prepare and present reports to senior management on risk management activities.
8. Respond to inquiries and complaints from external stakeholders.
9. Research and analyze new and existing regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance.
10. Participate in internal and external audits as needed.
