  1. Develop and implement global transfer pricing policies in compliance with regulations and company objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of transfer pricing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  3. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize transfer pricing processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment and consistency in transfer pricing practices.
  5. Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations related to transfer pricing and make recommendations for adjustments to policies and strategies.
  6. Monitor and report on transfer pricing performance, identifying areas of risk and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external advisors.
  8. Provide support and guidance to business units on transfer pricing matters, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  9. Participate in transfer pricing audits and work closely with tax authorities to resolve any issues.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve transfer pricing processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Train and develop team members on transfer pricing policies and procedures.
  12. Represent the company in industry forums and conferences, staying informed on industry best practices and trends in transfer pricing.
  13. Communicate transfer pricing strategies and results to senior management, providing recommendations for improvement and growth.
  14. Drive financial success by identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth through effective transfer pricing strategies.
  15. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all transfer pricing activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Transfer Pricing, Including Experience At A Multinational Corporation Or Big 4 Accounting Firm.

  • Strong Understanding Of International Tax Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Proven Ability To Manage And Lead A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
