Job Description

This position is working in a fast-paced environment assisting CEG Third Parties in ensuring all vendor compliance and audit requirements for vendors are met accurately, completely and on a timely basis. Effectively communicate InfoSec requirements to internal and external partners. Support internal and external audits. Maintain vendor inventory and perform required analysis as and when needed. Build/maintain strong relationships with key partners: regular forums /steering committees with Third Party Global team, Information Security Office, Operational Risk, TRMs, Third Parties, Various Risk Pillar groups like Privacy / Compliance and other stakeholders as required. Lead initiatives to improve and streamline processes. Drive creative alternate solutions and enhancement opportunities. Contribute towards building an enhanced risk mitigation framework in collaboration with TSM, TLM, Operational Risk, etc.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior relevant work experience in Vendor governance or Third-Party Risk Management or Compliance

  • Technical knowledge of Third-Party compliance and related program requirements

  • Ability to build relationships, participate in cross functional teams and work independently in a highly matrixed organization

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and pivot quickly in an ever-changing environment
