  1. Develop and implement technology risk management strategies and policies in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities within the organization's technology infrastructure.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a thorough understanding of technology risks and controls across all departments.
  4. Provide guidance and support to business units in implementing risk management processes and controls.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay updated on emerging technology trends and potential risks to proactively identify and mitigate potential threats.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with relevant regulatory bodies and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of technology risk professionals to effectively manage risks and controls.
  9. Prepare and present risk assessment reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
  10. Conduct regular training and awareness programs for employees on technology risk management and control best practices.
  11. Collaborate with internal audit teams to address any technology-related audit findings.
  12. Participate in incident response and crisis management activities related to technology risks.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's technology risk management framework.
  14. Communicate and promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
  15. Drive initiatives to enhance the organization's overall risk management posture and contribute to its success and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Technology Risk Management, Information Security, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Iso 27001, Nist, And Pci-Dss.

  • Experience With Risk Assessment Methodologies, Control Design And Implementation, And Auditing Processes.
