  1. Oversee and manage the Executive Protection division, ensuring the highest level of security for our clients.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  3. Develop and implement strategies and protocols to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our security services.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or issues and providing updates on security measures.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our security services.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure a seamless and integrated security approach.
  7. Conduct regular risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential security threats.
  8. Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize the impact of the Executive Protection division.
  9. Foster a culture of safety and security within the organization, promoting awareness and adherence to policies and procedures.
  10. Act as a point of contact for any security-related incidents or emergencies, responding promptly and effectively.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to security and executive protection.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and responsible manner, promoting a positive image of American Express and our security services.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Executive Protection: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Executive Protection, Preferably In A Corporate Setting. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Protection Plans For High-Level Executives.

  • Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures: The Manager Of Security Services Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Security Protocols And Procedures, Including Risk Assessment, Threat Analysis, And Crisis Management. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing Security Plans And Implementing Them Effectively.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Security Professionals. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, As Well As The Ability To Make Quick And Informed Decisions In High-Pressure Situations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Manager Will Be Required To Communicate With Various Stakeholders, Including Executives, Employees, And External Partners. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Convey Information And Build Relationships With These Individuals.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Best Practices In Executive Protection And Security Services. They Should Be Up-To-Date With The Latest Trends And Technologies In The Field And Be Able To Incorporate Them Into Their Strategies And Plans. Additionally, They Should Have Experience In Conducting Training And Development Programs For Their Team To Ensure They Are Also Knowledgeable About These Best Practices.
