
Manager - SBS Membership Rewards Product Management

- Develop and execute strategies for the growth and success of the SBS Membership Rewards program.
- Lead the overall product management of the SBS Membership Rewards program, including defining the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of the program.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for program enhancements and new offerings.
- Develop and manage the program budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of the program and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers to drive innovation and excellence in the SBS Membership Rewards program.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in the development and management of the program.
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by delivering innovative and value-driven solutions for our small business customers.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Loyalty And Rewards Programs, Particularly In The Credit Card And Banking Sectors.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Results Within Tight Deadlines.
Excellent Communication, Analytical, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Drive Strategic Initiatives.
