- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Sales And Implementation Roles, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing A Team And Driving Results Through Coaching And Development.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
