Manager, Risk Management

As the Risk Management Manager, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to the team to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with business policies and procedures.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. In addition, you must have at least 5 years of experience in risk management and a comprehensive understanding of risk management principles and best practices. Knowledge of financial analysis and financial modelling is also required. Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills are a must. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with business policies and procedures.

4. Monitor the risk management process and make necessary adjustments.
5. Provide guidance and support to the risk management team.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
7. Act as a liaison between internal and external parties.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes within the risk management sector.
9. Prepare and present risk management reports to upper management.
10. Assist in developing risk management training programs for employees.
