  1. Develop and implement comprehensive resolution plans to ensure the company is prepared for potential financial crises.
  2. Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to effectively manage any potential disruptions to the business.
  3. Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to resolution planning.
  4. Analyze and assess potential risks to the company's financial stability, and make recommendations for risk mitigation measures.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing resolution plans, and make necessary updates and improvements.
  6. Communicate resolution plans and risk management strategies to all relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external partners.
  7. Lead and manage a team of analysts and specialists responsible for resolution planning and risk management activities.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and industry peers to ensure the company's resolution plans align with industry standards.
  9. Conduct regular training and education sessions to increase awareness and understanding of resolution planning and risk management across the organization.
  10. Proactively identify potential issues or areas of improvement within the company's resolution planning processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to resolution planning and risk management.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on resolution planning and risk management, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.
  13. Participate in crisis management exercises to test the effectiveness of resolution plans and identify areas for improvement.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the company's financial stability and make recommendations for adjustments to resolution plans as needed.
