
Manager - Portfolio Management
We’re looking for a high caliber senior portfolio manager, who will be the face of Customer 360 team when it comes to enterprise planning and prioritization discussions. Drive the review and assessment of all internal and stakeholder requested Customer 360 initiatives. Work with the necessary internal and external leaders and stakeholders to arrive at the most feasible decision based on circumstances. Monitor and manage the ongoing demand. Lead and support PI planning activities to push through the prioritized initiatives into the next stages of planning for PI execution. Define processes to streamline intake and demand management activities, capacity planning and tracking. Create goals, metrics, targets, and measure portfolio management efficiency to identify ways to optimize processes. Define views and dashboards that will provide an accurate picture to internal team, stakeholders and leadership on status of Customer 360 work. There will be support provided to build and develop the views and reports that will be designed by the portfolio manager.
Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change.
7+ years’ experience in portfolio management, product management, program and project management.
The ability to interact effectively with diverse audience across Business and Technical teams, and more senior audiences are a must.
Good understanding of payments industry & systems highly preferred.
