Job Description

Execute against delivery goals using the Agile methodology with responsibility for breaking Capabilities into Features, refining & prioritizing them, and partnering with Network development delivery teams and other American Express teams to take the features to a user story level and build. Support a cross-Enterprise PMO, driving Blue Box product readiness. Partner closely with Network policy, data standards and operations to prioritize their product-related efforts. Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Design monitoring and analytics that inform product performance and future product innovation. Supporting E2E product testing as business SMEs. The Network Product Development team within NSO works to develop local network and payment solutions that enable our network of the future to meet the evolving demands of global payment networks and adapt to local needs while ensuring continued global interoperability.
