
Manager, Loyalty & Benefits Management
Create economically sustainable loyalty programs that drive top line growth and ensure a successful cycle of investment and measurable customer benefit. Relationship management with existing external partners: design and deliver multi-faceted marketing engagements to generate unique value for merchants and Cardmembers leveraging platforms including embedded, annual and limited time offers. Relationship management with existing external insurance partners and underwriters: extend value to the Commercial client base, build strategies and processes to execute against regulatory requirements, and drive growth through fee-based insurance products and new product launches. Lead the evaluation of product line strategy, product & program value propositions, pricing and messaging hierarchy across the Amex Blue Box and with external partners. Analyze and interpret portfolio and business performance to develop compelling business cases and in turn strategic marketing plans to drive loyalty and engagement within the Commercial product portfolio.
Experience in Financial Services industry preferred
Experience with Loyalty Programs preferred
Undergraduate university degree required (MBA or MA specializing in Marketing or Finance an asset)
