Manager, Liquidity Risk Management

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Manager specializing in Liquidity Risk Management to join American Express. Our ideal candidate is an assertive leader with a strong background in risk management and a passion for making an impact in the financial industry.This role requires an individual with high-level knowledge of banking and finance regulations, as well as experience with liquidity risk management. The Manager should be able to analyze liquidity risks and develop strategies to mitigate these exposures. 1. Develop strategies to mitigate liquidity risks in accordance with banking and finance regulations.
2. Analyze liquidity risks and provide recommendations for managing them.
3. Monitor and report on liquidity risk management activities.
4. Stay informed of changes in banking and finance regulations and adjust strategies accordingly.
5. Manage liquidity risk management teams, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
6. Communicate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure that liquidity risks are properly managed.
7. Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking and finance regulations.
8. Participate in internal and external audits to assess liquidity risk management.
9. Prepare reports and presentations on liquidity risk management activities.
