Job Description

Play a primary role in the One Colleague Experience (One CX) under the umbrella of Information Management which includes Application, Information, Release and Product management. Serve as an advisor and collaborate with executive leadership, stakeholders and third-party vendors to create recommendations and implement solutions to meet business critical needs.
Understand upstream/downstream impacts and collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze technical impacts. Drive the delivery of existing and new functionality in alignment with the global CEG strategy and goals. Ensures delivery, documentation, and support of Business Process configuration for both new functionality and enhancements. Ensure system compliance with internal and regulatory data security and privacy requirements. Deliver quality control over CEG applications/platforms including maintenance of test scenarios and appropriate execution of testing before production releases.

Job Qualifications
  • Demonstrated project management, organization and planning skills applied in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.

  • 5+ years’ work experience delivering UI/UX in a technology environment.

  • Deep knowledge of Colleague Experience/Human Resources space

  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across all levels in the Company.
