  6. Manage employee relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  7. Lead a collaborative team: Manage a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes professional growth and development.
  8. Ensure compliance: Ensure all HR policies and practices are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Monitor HR metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to leadership based on data-driven insights.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously enhance our HR practices and programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 3 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Hr Initiatives And Strategies.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Employee Relations And Performance Management.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
