- Build strong partnerships with business leaders: Collaborate with leaders at all levels of the organization to understand their business objectives and provide strategic HR support.

- Act as a strategic thinker: Proactively identify and address potential HR issues and provide creative solutions that support the company's overall strategy.

- Provide expert HR guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and provide guidance to leaders and employees on a wide range of HR topics.
- Manage employee relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Lead a collaborative team: Manage a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance: Ensure all HR policies and practices are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Monitor HR metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to leadership based on data-driven insights.
- Stay informed on industry trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously enhance our HR practices and programs.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 3 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Hr Initiatives And Strategies.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Employee Relations And Performance Management.
Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
