  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and expand the portfolio of high-value clients in the global and large account segment.
  2. Lead a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the global and large account segment.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve and make strategic decisions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative financial solutions for clients.
  7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  8. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to the global and large account segment.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  10. Represent American Express at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and network with potential clients.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the team's performance.
  12. Act as a mentor and role model for team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  13. Collaborate with other managers and senior leaders to drive overall company objectives and initiatives.
