  1. Develop and implement company-wide employee and labor relations policies, procedures, and practices.
  2. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on all employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  4. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or allegations of misconduct.
  5. Advise and assist in the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements.
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with union representatives.
  7. Stay informed about industry best practices and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
  8. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as recruitment and training, to ensure a cohesive approach to employee relations.
  9. Train and educate managers on effective employee relations practices and procedures.
  10. Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas of improvement and implement proactive solutions.
  11. Stay abreast of emerging labor and employment issues and provide guidance to senior management on potential impact to the organization.
  12. Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance on workplace policies and procedures.
  13. Manage and resolve complex and sensitive employee and labor relations issues.
  14. Conduct exit interviews and use data to identify potential areas of improvement.
  15. Develop and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, such as the Department of Labor and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
  16. Monitor and track employee relations metrics and report findings to senior management on a regular basis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Employee And Labor Relations, Preferably In A Large, Global Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Employee Relations Policies And Procedures, As Well As Conducting Investigations And Handling Disciplinary Actions.
