Job Description

American Express is looking for an outstanding Manager - Digital Product Operations who can lead the digital product strategy and operations for the company. We’re looking for an individual with a passion for digital product operations and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate is an experienced manager who’s familiar with the latest digital trends and has a strong understanding of data analytics. The Manager - Digital Product Operations will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of digital products. They will drive the digital product strategy and operations across the company and ensure that the products are aligned with the company’s overall objectives.This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple projects at once, while also being able to collaborate with other stakeholders and teams.Required qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field- 5+ years of experience in digital product operations- Experience with product design and development- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting- Excellent problem-solving skills- Strong communication and organizational skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital product strategy and operations plan across the company.
  2. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Oversee the design and development of digital products.
  4. Ensure that products are aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
  5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with other stakeholders and teams.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during product development and implementation.
  7. Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress and status of digital product operations.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
  9. Develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital product operations.
