  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth in the Tallahassee and Jacksonville markets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners to promote the company's products and services.
  4. Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.

  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  10. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the business development team.
  11. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and build relationships.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all business development activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Business Development, Sales, Or Account Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.
