Job Description

Lead PMO on key flagship proprietary experiences owning the E2E planning and strategic development. Oversee the coordination/build of event agendas that includes a number of thought leadership and networking opportunities while working with talent to meet deadlines. Partner with cross-functional teams including PR, Marketing, Sales and Product to deliver programs. Manage creative/experiential agency partner to ensure program is delivering on brief Venue sourcing and assisting with contract negotiations. Partner with compliance teams to ensure company needs and requirements are met. Drive investment efficiencies through clear, measurable criteria and analytic rigor. Support additional proprietary experiential activities where needed.

Job Qualifications
  • 6+ years of marketing, customer facing, and event management experience

  • Proven track record of driving results

  • Agency experience a plus

  • Event management experience a must
