- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital acquisition strategies for American Express.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for digital growth and optimization.
- Manage and maintain digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid search.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of digital acquisition initiatives.
- Work closely with the Digital Acquisition Technology team to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies and tools.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to support digital acquisition efforts.
- Create and analyze reports to communicate digital acquisition performance to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to inform strategy development.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization and enhancement of digital acquisition efforts.
- Assist in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively to support digital acquisition goals.
- Support the Manager in overseeing and coordinating the work of the Digital Acquisition Technology team.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team atmosphere by actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge and expertise.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Digital Acquisition Technology, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Channels And Strategies, Including Seo, Sem, Social Media, And Email Marketing.
Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Google Analytics And Adobe Analytics.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
