  1. Provide administrative support to the legal department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
  2. Develop and maintain organized and efficient filing systems for legal documents and records.
  3. Monitor and manage legal department budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and organize information and documents for legal matters.
  5. Conduct research and analyze data to support legal team in decision making.

  8. Assist with the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  9. Stay updated on industry and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  10. Provide support for legal projects and initiatives, working closely with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and external parties to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in the legal field.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  14. Act as a resource for colleagues, providing guidance and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Legal Studies, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Legal Operations Or Support Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Legal Terminology, Processes, And Procedures.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Legal Document Management Software.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Legal Teams.
