
Executive Assistant-Global Brand Sponsorships & Experiences
American Express is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Global Brand Sponsorships & Experiences team. - Provide administrative support to senior leaders in the Global Brand Sponsorships & Experiences team.
- Manage and maintain the daily schedule and calendar for senior leaders, including setting up meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the team and other departments within the company.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases for the team.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in budget management and expense reporting for the team.
- Proactively identify and solve problems, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Serve as a point of contact for external partners and vendors.
- Support team members in planning and executing events and experiences.
- Collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure smooth operations and coordination across teams.
- Conduct research and gather information for special projects and initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on administrative tasks.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the team and company in a positive light.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Brand Sponsorships And Event Management.
Exceptional Organizational And Project Management Skills.
Proven Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Global Environment And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
