  1. Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
  3. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects and deadlines.
  4. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  5. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or conflicts to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and events.
  7. Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and problem-solving.
  8. Coordinate and collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  9. Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  10. Serve as a liaison between executives and other departments, providing clear and timely communication.
  11. Participate in team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase productivity and effectiveness.
  13. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  14. Represent American Express in a professional and positive manner at all times.
