We are looking for an experienced and motivated Engineer - Global Loyalty & Benefits to join the American Express family! In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain global loyalty and benefits programs. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure that the programs are running smoothly and efficiently.To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for engineering and a strong understanding of loyalty and benefits programs. You should also have excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain global loyalty and benefits programs.
  2. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure that the programs are running smoothly and efficiently.
  3. Solve complex problems related to loyalty and benefits programs.
  4. Think creatively and find innovative solutions to improve loyalty and benefits programs.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that all relevant information is shared and understood.
  6. Manage projects related to loyalty and benefits programs, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
  7. Monitor and analyze data related to loyalty and benefits programs to identify potential areas of improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to loyalty and benefits programs.

Job Qualifications

  • Or Related Field

  • Computer Science

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering

  • + Years Of Experience In Software Engineering And/Or Product Engineering

  • Understanding Of Loyalty & Benefits Systems

  • Experience In Developing Business Solutions And Integrating Them With Underlying Systems

  • Knowledge Of Software Engineering Methodologies

  • Experience With Agile/Scrum Development Processes

  • Strong Oral And Written Communication Skills
