They will work closely with management and labor representatives to ensure that all labor laws and regulations are met, and will be the primary point of contact for labor-related issues.This position requires a Bachelor's degree in labor relations, human resources, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 3 years' experience in labor relations. Knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining, and contract administration is also required. Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, research, and respond to labor-related matters and grievances.
  2. Work closely with management and labor representatives to ensure all labor laws and regulations are met.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for labor-related issues.
  4. Monitor labor contract compliance.
  5. Develop and implement labor relations strategies.
  6. Negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
  7. Manage union grievances and disputes.
  8. Administer labor policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with labor representatives.
  10. Facilitate dispute resolution meetings.
  11. Support labor relations initiatives.
  12. Keep up-to-date with developments in the labor relations field.
