  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive workforce automation strategy for the organization.
  2. Lead and manage all aspects of the Workforce Automation Program, including budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align automation initiatives with company goals.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify and evaluate potential automation solutions.
  6. Oversee the implementation and integration of automation solutions, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  7. Proactively identify and address any challenges or roadblocks to the successful implementation of automation initiatives.
  8. Monitor and track the progress and impact of automation initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  9. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors and internal teams to ensure effective delivery of automation solutions.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in automation to continually improve the organization's approach.
  12. Adhere to project management principles and best practices to ensure timely and successful delivery of automation projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Experience In Program Management, Preferably In The Field Of Workforce Automation Or Human Resources.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Understanding Of Workforce Automation Technologies And Trends, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Innovative Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team Of Program Managers.
