  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Lead and manage a team of product governance professionals to ensure efficient and effective execution of product launches.
  6. Analyze and evaluate potential risks associated with new products and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  7. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all products and features meet regulatory requirements.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth product launches.
  9. Monitor and track the progress of new product launches and provide regular updates to senior management.
  10. Identify areas for improvement in product governance processes and implement necessary changes.
  11. Conduct training and workshops for team members and other departments on product governance best practices.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for promoting new products.
  13. Represent the company in external meetings and events related to product governance.
  14. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management on new product development and risk management.
