  1. Develop and implement global credit risk management strategies for the commercial business, in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Monitor and analyze credit risk data and trends to identify potential areas of risk and make recommendations for mitigation.
  3. Lead a team of cross-functional professionals to execute credit risk management initiatives and drive overall business performance.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to communicate credit risk strategies, findings, and recommendations.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and audits of credit risk processes and policies to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as credit rating agencies and regulatory bodies, to stay informed of industry developments and best practices.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the credit risk management team.
  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
  9. Develop and manage budgets for credit risk management activities and initiatives.
  10. Stay up-to-date on global credit markets and regulations to inform decision-making and ensure compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Global Credit Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Credit Risk Management, With A Strong Understanding Of Global Credit Markets And Regulations.

  • Strategic Thinking And Leadership Skills: As A Director Of Global Commercial Credit Risk Oversight, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Abilities To Develop And Implement Risk Management Strategies. They Should Also Have Exceptional Leadership Skills To Guide And Mentor A Team Of Risk Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Credit Risk Analytics: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Credit Risk Analytics And Be Able To Use Data-Driven Insights To Inform Risk Decisions. They Should Also Have Experience With Credit Risk Modeling And Stress Testing.
